Looking back on this trip, my main recollections concern the professional guides who were each academics (M.A. in history, philosophy, nuclear physics etc) and extremely well-versed in their professional expertise.We were able to unload a battery of questions
As for the hotels, obviously the Rambagh Palace in Jaipur is one of the world’s best hotels and top of the bill. We received an upgrade from luxury class to imperial suite in this palace plus a champagne tour of the maharadja’s residences. The Oberoi hotels in Delhi and Agra are more western but certainly excellent. We have recommended you to many of our friends and family who will certainly contact your organization for assistance in the future. And we will come back too!!!

The Delhi portion of which the last half was freelanced by our guide was unbelievable. I doubt I'll ever forget going down the dark lanes on a pedicab through the markets area to the spice street. What an eye-opener.

Impressed with Tourcan’s service. Clients were travelling from Africa to Canada, had been refused boarding in Johannesburg and had to return to Gaborone. The organisers here in Canada were devastated that all their plans to host these 2 persons had fallen through and that the money would be lost since the tickets became non-refundable because they were partially used.
Tourcan succeeded into getting a partial refund on these tickets despite the rules! It was a long process and I am forever grateful and appreciative for their dedication and perseverance. There are not many like them out there!
