How do I contact Tourcan?

What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
Can I book directly with Tourcan?
Tourcan works through travel agents, who book our trips on your behalf. You're welcome to send us an inquiry about any trip; we'll help you plan it and can connect you with a travel agent.
Is Tourcan registered with TICO?
Yes. Tourcan Vacations is registered with the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO): Wholesale #2679578 and Retail #2743184. See our TICO disclosure.
How long has Tourcan been operating?
Since 1987. In 2027 we will be celebrating our 40th year in the travel industry. We're based in Toronto, Ontario.

Can trips be customised?
Yes, our trips can be customized. In fact 97% of our journeys are customized and tailor-made to suit your specific travel needs.

Pricing, payments & promotions
How long are promotions valid?
Each promotion shows its validity dates on its flyer. Blackout dates may apply, and prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Is travel insurance included?
No, but we highly recommend it. Ask your travel agent or one of our specialists.
