Overview
At the end of the world, Tierra del Fuego National Park is Argentina's only national park with a marine coast, home to guanacos, red foxes, beavers and condors among forests of lenga and Antarctic beech. The road leads to the Lapataia River and Bay, with stops at archaeological sites of the Yámana people and the End of the World train station.
In the afternoon, a catamaran crosses the Beagle Channel to Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, Wolves Island with its sea lions and fur seals, and Birds Island with cormorants and albatross. The extended route also visits a penguin colony.
