Carnatic music is one of India's two classical traditions, and its compositions are written above all to be sung.
A performing Carnatic vocalist leads guests through historic temples, sharing their history and rituals and singing traditional songs. Some of the hymns are about 1,200 years old and are translated into English for guests.
