Shekhawati is known for its painted merchant havelis. This experience combines that heritage with the region's rustic cooking.
In a local farmer's home, guests make bajra ki roti (millet bread) on a traditional clay stove and grind chutney on a silpatta. They then tour the village and an old merchant haveli.
